Blitzen is a Circuit created by Dr. Greg Johansen, solely for his own entertainment, about four years before Terry was brought to the lab. Blitzen is correctly enfused with the MP4-AI, but unlike most beast Circuits, Blitzen is not marked with a number. Despite having hooves, Blitzen is able to mix and serve beverages.

Blitzen's powers are very limited. He is unable to discharge electricity and doesn't generate his own, but he can store much more than his canine counterparts. He has the ability to hover in the air - but this requires him to be fully charged, and it can't be sustained for very long.

In his free time, Blitzen enjoys sleeping and eating. Greg also started teaching him some simple arts and crafts.
