Dr. Dillinger is a long-time scientist employee of Hazard Technologies. He’s previously worked with Dr. Breyken and still has resentment towards her.

Eugene is a stubborn and angry fellow, who doesn’t have a lot of friends within the compnay. However, he’s one of Hazard’s current experts on Circuits, which guarantees his tenure. Because of his position, he has a hard time listening to criticism.
