Charlie is David's younger brother. At one time, he'd helped David run a lawncare business and the two were very close. But his personality changed for the worse shortly before Terry was born, when he suddenly became more misanthropic and an alcoholic. He now lives off his lottery winnings spending most of his time drinking, visiting strip clubs, and harassing his neighbors.

Charlie won the lottery several years ago. Initially not knowing what to do with his winnings, he bought a house in a well-to-do neighborhood in Flatbrook. He has since regret this decision after getting to know his neighbors, but instead of moving away, he's decided to do everything he can to express his hatred to them.

He used to be an avid hunter, but he no longer has the patience for it. Despite his appearance (among other things), Charlie is actually very good with money and much more clever than he lets on. He enjoys conflict and making people feel uncomfortable.
