Jessica is the pampered daughter of Felix Harper, and lives next to Charlie Breyken. A model student and well-liked by her classmates at Flatbrook High, this wealthy girl lives a model life where she's used to getting what she wants, when she wants, and how she wants.

Her spoiled lifestyle has led her to be a troublemarker and a bully, and her status allows her to get away with most of her pranks. She often makes targets of Marcus and Natalya, as well as other unpopular outcasts within the school. As her father is a powerful figure around Flatbrook, even when she's caught doing something wrong, she's usually let off the hook.

Jessica's mother left when she was very young. Her father doesn't talk about her mother much, so Jessica doesn't know much about her. While Jessica's very popular and well-liked, she hasn't had very many close friends in recent years, and keeps her personal life private.

Jesscia has a passion for music - she plays a number of instruments and sings - and also runs on the varsity track team.
