Sam is a stereotypical butler to most. He works closely with Hazard in both his personal and professional life, and has for some time. He often does not understand Hazard’s personality, but does his best to get a job done.

Sam is divorced, though on friendly terms with his ex-wife, and now spends most of his time working or babysitting. He has a grown son and a grand daughter.
